- Bouquet cannot be normally displayed
2. **Product Not as Described**
- Significant differences in flower colors or quantities
- Incorrect floral materials
- Packaging seriously inconsistent with the product page
3. **Delivery Issues**
- Severe delays (excluding force majeure)
- Delivery instructions not followed
- Delivered to the wrong address (not caused by incorrect customer information)
