3. Holiday Flower Delivery Terms
For flower deliveries during festivals (including all Valentine’s Days, Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Teachers’ Day, Spring Festival, International Women’s Day on March 8, and other festivals throughout the year), we only guarantee same-day delivery due to high order volumes, delivery route arrangements, traffic conditions, and other factors.
Should you have specific time-slot requirements, please contact us in advance by phone. Delivery within your requested time window can be arranged only upon our confirmation. A dedicated service fee for a single delivery person and vehicle will be charged for this service, subject to specific circumstances.
4. Advance Booking & Non-liability Clause
To allow sufficient time for preparation, we recommend that you place your order as early as possible.
We shall not be liable for compensation under the following circumstances:
The recipient is absent from the designated delivery address at the scheduled delivery time, and no other authorized person is available to receive the goods on their behalf.
