How to place an order

I. Online Ordering

You can browse our official website to purchase products online.

1. Click the "Add to Cart" button on the product you are satisfied with, and the product will be added to your shopping cart.
2. If you need to purchase other products, you can select "Continue Shopping"; your current items will remain in the shopping cart.
3. After completing your selection, go to the shopping cart page and click "Proceed to Checkout". Then fill in your personal information, delivery details, greeting card message, and other required information as prompted by the system.
4. Once your order is finalized, submit it, and your unique order number will be displayed immediately.
5. After placing an order, you can make payment using your PayPal account, which also supports payments via debit cards and credit cards. If you wish to use Alipay or WeChat Pay, please contact our customer service team.

II. WeChat or Phone Ordering

III. Email Ordering

You can also place an order directly by sending an email to our official mailbox. Your email should include the following details: the products you have selected, desired delivery time, recipient’s full name, phone number and delivery address, as well as any greeting card message you wish to include.
